The ESF Tennis Camp is divided into full-day, morning, and afternoon programs and offers 1-9 week options. The full-day program runs from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the morning program runs from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and the afternoon program runs from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM. Club O.T., our extended day program, allows campers to arrive at camp as early as 8:00 AM and stay as late as 6:00 PM.
The ESF Tennis Camp cultivates the confidence needed for success both on and off the court. Our program is uniquely designed with each campers age and ability in mind and consists of progressive stroke development, round robins, match play, stretching, conditioning drills, special events, and a videotaped analysis of technique.
Campers start off each day with a series of warm-ups including stretches and cardiovascular exercises and then progress into the on-court training program. Through individual and group instruction, our teaching staff pinpoints areas of improvement and helps campers enhance stroke production, footwork, consistency, and shot placement. Match play includes singles, doubles, and mixed doubles and is designed to help campers apply the stroke techniques that they have learned to a match situation.
